Ingredients

Instructions
- Toast the whole grain bread until golden brown.
- While the bread is toasting, drain the tuna and place it in a bowl.
- Mix the tuna with Greek yogurt (if using), lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Once the toast is ready, spread the tuna mixture evenly on top.
