1 lb ground turkey (or turkey breast)

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat the fryer or heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  • In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  • Form the mixture into small fry shapes, or use a spoon to scoop out portions and shape them into fries.
  • Optionally, dip each turkey fry into flour to coat for extra crunch.
  • Fry the turkey fries in the hot oil for 4-5 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  • Remove from the oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
