Description

Ingredients

  • 2 fresh tuna steaks (68 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or cilantro) for garnish
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  • Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush the tuna steaks with the marinade mixture on both sides.
  • Place the tuna steaks on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer if you prefer your tuna more cooked.
  • Remove the tuna from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
