Description

This wild huckleberry ice cream is rich, creamy, and made without an ice cream maker. A simple recipe that requires just a few ingredients and offers the delicious taste of wild huckleberries in every bite.


Ingredients

2 cups wild huckleberries (fresh or frozen)

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

2 cups heavy cream

1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

1. Blend the huckleberries and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Set aside.

2. Whisk the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

3. Fold in the huckleberry mixture and vanilla extract into the whipped cream.

4. Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Notes
