Description

Zesty Baked Dijon Salmon is a quick and flavorful dinner featuring tangy Dijon mustard, garlic, lemon, and olive oil. Ready in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients

2 salmon fillets (68 oz each)

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp lemon zest

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tsp honey (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, zest, garlic, honey (if using), salt, and pepper.

3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the sheet and spread the mixture over each fillet.

4. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

5. Serve warm with your favorite side dish.

Notes

Use center-cut salmon for even baking.

Honey balances the tangy mustard and lemon but is optional.

Pairs well with rice, vegetables, or salad.
