This 5-ingredient honey garlic chicken is juicy, sweet, and savory with a sticky sauce kids love. Quick, easy, and perfect for busy nights.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless chicken thighs or breasts
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  3. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and garlic.
  4. Pour sauce over chicken. Cook 2–3 more minutes, spooning sauce over top as it thickens.
  5. Serve hot with rice, veggies, or noodles. Spoon extra sauce over everything.

Notes

Use thighs for juicier results. Add chili flakes for heat. Double the sauce if serving with rice or grains.
