Description

A no-cook, 5-minute tomato salsa with zesty lime and fresh cilantro. Perfect for tacos or chips.


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 jalapeño (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Dice tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, and garlic.
  2. Chop cilantro finely.
  3. Combine all in a bowl.
  4. Add lime juice and salt.
  5. Mix, taste, and adjust seasoning.
