Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Optional: Greek yogurt, crushed pecans
Instructions
- In a jar or bowl, mix oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. Stir well.
- Refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
- In the morning, stir and top with yogurt, nuts, or fruit if desired.
Notes
Use steel-cut oats only if pre-cooked. Top with vanilla yogurt and extra cinnamon for a real cinnamon roll flavor. Store up to 5 days in fridge.
