Description
A moist and fluffy chocolate mug cake made with banana and oat flour—completely oil-free and ready in minutes for a guilt-free dessert.
Ingredients
1 ripe banana, mashed
4 tbsp oat flour
1½ tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2–3 tbsp almond milk
¼ tsp baking powder
1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
1. Mash banana in a microwave-safe mug.
2. Add oat flour, cocoa powder, almond milk, baking powder, salt, and sweetener.
3. Stir until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
4. Microwave for 60–80 seconds.
5. Let rest 30 seconds before eating.
Notes
Use a medium mug to avoid overflow. Ripe bananas ensure moisture and sweetness. You can top with nut butter or a drizzle of dark chocolate.
