Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Beef Bites With Potatoes is a rich, comforting one-pot dinner made with tender beef, buttery baby potatoes, and bold garlic flavor.
Ingredients
2 lbs beef sirloin or stew meat, cut into cubes
1½ lbs baby potatoes, halved
4 tbsp butter, melted
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Add cubed beef and halved baby potatoes to the slow cooker.
2. Pour melted butter over the top and add garlic, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
3. Stir well so everything is evenly coated in the garlic butter mixture.
4. Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for about 4 hours until the beef is tender and potatoes are soft.
5. Stir gently before serving and garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
To store: Refrigerate in airtight containers for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
To reheat: Warm gently on stovetop or microwave. Add a small splash of broth or butter if needed.
