Watermelon Sorbet with Mint

Description

A refreshing summer sorbet made with frozen watermelon and fresh mint. Simple, healthy, and full of natural sweetness.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen seedless watermelon cubes
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 68 fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Freeze the watermelon cubes until firm.
  2. Blend with lime juice, mint, and sweetener until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately or freeze for 1–2 hours for firmer texture.

Notes

For an extra minty punch, steep mint in hot water, cool it, and use the mint water in blending.
