Description
A refreshing summer sorbet made with frozen watermelon and fresh mint. Simple, healthy, and full of natural sweetness.
Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen seedless watermelon cubes
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 6–8 fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Freeze the watermelon cubes until firm.
- Blend with lime juice, mint, and sweetener until smooth.
- Serve immediately or freeze for 1–2 hours for firmer texture.
Notes
For an extra minty punch, steep mint in hot water, cool it, and use the mint water in blending.
