Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken tenders with salt and pepper.
- Cook the chicken tenders for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken and set it aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar to the skillet. Stir well and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the pan, coating it with the glaze.
- Add apple slices and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Serve the chicken tenders with the glaze and apples.
Notes
- You can adjust the sweetness of the glaze by adding more or less honey.
- Make sure to preheat the skillet before cooking the chicken for best results.
